3 stars Cinematic as usual, Ahlborn's writing in this book was just as good as her other ones. I can't say Within These Walls is my favorite of hers or her creepiest, but it's definitely good, though not up to standards as her other books.

Russian Folklore to Persian Necromancers: Favorite Reads of 2019
2019 was a great year of books. With some anticipated reads coming out this year and new ones found, I've read books this year, out of a goal of 110. Some were better than others, but a few made the top reads list for me.
Book Reveiw: Ice Land – Betsy Tobin
I expected a bit more Viking and less Asgard and Giants and Dwarves. Instead, I found a tale as deep and explosive as Hekla the volcano erupting and destroying a mountain and valley.
